We have detailed experience of all aspects of the complete property management process and will make clear decisions, on your behalf about what needs doing at any point in the tenancy.
Before you secure tenants we will start the process with any pre-cleaning that is required to ensure your property is received at its best, by prospective tenants. We will also undertake any essential maintenance and safety checks to ensure that your property complies with Health and Safety requirements. We will then, quickly, start to find your new tenants by using our list of approved prospective clients and by advertising the property locally in our Whitechapel branch and across a wider East London market.
When we find a tenant we will then negotiate a contract and securing the best possible rates and deposits according to your instructions. During the tenancy we will collect rent and regularly visit the property to ensure it is being correctly maintained. We will work with your new tenants and agree a full inventory of the property and we will check the references supplied by your new tenant.
Every tenancy agreement will come to an end at some stage and our dedicated team will manage this process, either as a renewal for the existing tenants or as a tenancy termination. Where your tenant is leaving we will work with them to complete a post tenancy inventory assessment and recommend deposit returns accordingly. If your tenant is seeking to renew their agreement we will be able to use our detailed knowledge of the rental market to recommend new rental figures for your property.
