Once instructed to manage your property you can expect the following services:
- Prompt payment of rent- within 48 hours of receiving your rent we will transfer the money to your account
- Late rent- no less than 3 letters will be sent to your tenant if rent is not received on time, this will be supplemented by phone calls and visits to the property if required
- Non payment of rent- on the rare occasion when rent isn’t forthcoming Cityzen Property Management will instruct lawyers to pursue the money and any additional costs incurred
- Maintenance of the property- Cityzen will respond immediately to any problems raised by your tenant and where appropriate a vetted and qualified company will be instructed to carry out necessary work
- Property inspections- Our management team will carry out quarterly inspections of your property and send you a report within 48 hours of our visit
- Legal responsibilities- Cityzen ensure that as a landlord, you continue to meet all your legal responsibilities
- Deposit disputes- Cityzen will fairly oversee the return of the tenants deposit at the end of a tenancy taking in to account the inventory and check in/out
